TGIF COMMUNITY CENTER.
Located at 4109 Mansfield Highway in Ft. Worth, Texas TGIF, the facility serves as our headquarters and is the centerpiece of its community-based services in the area.
It features five classrooms, a 5,000 square foot gymnasium, full service kitchen,
cafeteria, computer lab and game room.
Beginning in this fall for $10 annually area residents 4 years old and older can gain access to all the amenities of our Community Center.
SWING OUT CLASSES
DFW Metroplex legend, Lady Champagne leads an energetic class two days a week for ages 10 – 99 year olds. She has been teaching swing dancing for over 35 years with husband Kevin “DJ Smooth K.” $10 per class Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon.
Classes in Kenpo Karate are taught by Master Fines who has 40 years experience in the art. Karate is an excellent form of physical fitness, self defense and self discipline. Classes are open for all ages from 4 – 99 years old.
SPECIAL EVENTS FACILITY RENTAL
TGIF Community Center is available for rental to churches, community groups and individuals. With a full-service kitchen, cafeteria and gymnasium, TGIF has everything you need to host an event from 20 to 500 people and has hosted numerous events including birthday parties, wedding receptions, dinners, meetings, sports tournaments, church events and quinceaneras.
AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
Beginning in September 2015 in collaboration with Heavenly Touch Ministries, TGIF will offer daily supervision, educational enrichment, tutoring, recreational activities and a nutritionally balanced meal for children ages 4 – 17.

TGIF shall employ staff to work one on one with disadvantaged youth in a COVID-19 safe environment. TGIF shall implement an ASP.
Youth intervention Program & Parenting
TGIF is partnered w/ As Fathers We Unite non-profit organization to work with Fathers and youth that are facing educational & social interaction issues. Yippee shall recruit Fathers & other positive mentors to work w/at risk youth identified by school officials. Yippee shall host weekly activities which includes parenting education training classes, group outings such as bowling, sporting events, community services activities, etc.

TGIF will prepare a minimum of 100 hot nutritional meals Monday- Friday. These meals shall be distributed to multiple locations that provide athletic and/or educational services to at risk youth in the FW community. Meals will also be available for pick up for all children under age 18 at our corporate location between 5-7pm M-Fri. TGIF plans to obtain a “At risk” feeding contract with Texas Department of Agriculture to fund this program. Health & Wellness is the Objective of this program.
